Catch-up and monthly Form PR reports for Texas operators
When a lease falls behind on its monthly production reports (Form PR, and Form P-18 where it applies), the Railroad Commission of Texas sends a certified letter and can sever the lease. We prepare the missing reports for you. You review them and file them yourself through RRC Online. We do not file for you and we never use your RRC login.
What we do
- Collect your run tickets, purchaser statements and gauge records.
- Prepare every missing Form PR / P-18 month as a catch-up packet, with a reconnect checklist.
- Optional: prepare each month's report for your review so it doesn't lapse again.
Pricing
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Catch-up packet | $249 for the first lease, $149 for each extra lease |
| Monthly report preparation (optional) | $49 per lease per month, $99 minimum per month |
Why it matters
Under 16 TAC §3.73 and §3.78, the Railroad Commission charges a $750 reconnect fee for each severance or seal order, and it is unlawful to produce from a severed lease or for a gatherer to move its oil or gas until a new certificate of compliance is issued. The RRC may also impose an administrative penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation. Source: RRC Severance/Reconnect Process. Any fee is paid by you directly to the RRC, never to us.
Not affiliated with the Railroad Commission of Texas. Not a law firm. The operator of record stays responsible for its filings.
